Weight Loss Tracker
I’m finally getting somewhat serious about my problem and pushing myself to do better. Thus, as a means of being accountable, I’m posting this chart so that all who know me know how I’m doing (good or bad). Currently I’m starting with my weight as of 6/12/2006 of 319 pounds. My two goal lines as mentioned in my LifeGoals post are to lose 50 pounds (which would be 269 lb) and 100 pounds (a final weight of 219 lb). Although I don’t expect the 2nd goal to be as easily achieved, I do know that the first one is possible and necessary. I hope I do at least see some positive losses as I try to make one of my goals.

The following is my 3rd week photos. Hopefully I’ll start showing some results and can post followups.
