Weight-Watchers: Week 63
Posted by WebCudgel | No Comments
I know I haven’t been posting as I should, but it’s been pretty crazy lately. Over the last week, I’ve lost 0.2 pounds so I have to count that as a plus.
Now, as for what I’ve been doing in the last few weeks, here’s a rundown:
- Attending the 2007 Asian Film Festival of Dallas (we only missed a few nights, but enjoyed many wonderful films and a few educational documentaries).
- After work Friday, we went down Cedar Hill State Park and spent three nights there over the Labor Day weekend with my brother, Chris, his wife, Amanda and the kids, Ashlyn and Zachary. It was a great time had by all and included the camping torments of ants, spiders, rain and mud.
- Back to work, I’ve been busy since one of my teammates was off for two more days and the other teammate was out of town due to a tragic automotive accident that killed four of his family members.
- Yesterday evening, I dropped off my MacBook at the Apple Store for its first annual physical. Thus, I’m now writing this post from my Toshiba laptop running Ubuntu (which I like quite well as a replacement).
Of course, this left little time for much of anything (such as packing, balancing the checkbook, cleaning up from the camping trip, etc.). I hope I can improve, but there’s no promises since we’ve got to get ready for our annual observance of the Feast of Tabernacles.
