Weight-Watchers: Week 6
This past week was a much more difficult week for staying “on program”. After all, I did make healthier choices though I went to an Oriental restaurant, but the lunch midweek at A&W/Long John Silver’s pretty much did me in (the meal alone was 32 points… my usual allowance for an entire day). Combine that with going out for Korean food on Saturday night (I did better with Salmon Teriyaki which tasted wonderful) and then a birthday party for my 8 year old niece on Sunday which involved much cake, ice cream and soda along with sandwiches and chips (I pretty much fell off the wagon there). The only thing that may have saved me somewhat was spending 4 hours in the pool too.
So, after all that, I still managed to lose 0.6 lbs for a total loss of 12.2!!! It’s a small loss, but a loss nonetheless.
