Top 100 Movies

I rarely do memes on my blog, but this one caught my interest posted by my friend John from Fatbloggers.net fame.

Using the Entertainment Weekly list of the top 100 movies from the last 25 years you are commanded to:

I’ve seen 34 of the top 100 movies and only enjoyed 31 of the 34 (91%). All of my other favorites aren’t even on the list (Star Wars movies, Indiana Jones movies, etc.).

    Obviously, this list was done by a committee. Otherwise, we wouldn’t see There’s Something About Mary and This Is Spinal Tap both on there at the same time. BTW, I agree; I thought Mary sucked, and Tap was brilliant. You never saw Saving Private Ryan? You need to go get it and watch it this weekend.

    One of my peeves is blatant violence in movies and some of the must-see movies have a little too much for my blood. However, I may be easing up on that as I get older. We’ll see.
