Well, we ended up leaving the house 20 minutes later than we should to do a workout and it took us an extra 10 minutes due to taking the back roads to avoid the bridges that were iced over. So we had a limited amount of time for our workouts.
Food:
- Breakfast (5:30am) - raisin bran w/ fat-free milk (4pt) , whole-wheat biscuit w/ peanut butter (6pt)
- Snack (9:30am) - small pear (1pt).
- Lunch (11:15am) - turkey ham salad sandwich on whole wheat w/ fat-free cheese (8pt), pretzels (2pt), 1 cup carrots (1pt), almond toffee (8pt).
- Snack (3:15pm) - WW chocolate chip cookie (1pt).
- Snack (6:45pm) - WW snack bar (1pt).
- Dinner (7:45pm) - Applebee’s cajun lime tilapia (6pt), 4 mozzarella sticks (12 pt!!! never again!!!), water.
Exercise:
- 7:15am - I put in 20 minutes on the elliptical today (2 activity points).
State of Mind:
- Meh. In spite of having what I would call a bad weekend and last couple of days (especially work stressed), the scale is telling me otherwise. I’m not happy with my choices and I know I can do so much better.
Tomorrow:
- Probably an indoor workout at the corporate fitness center as the temperature is still supposed to be 31ºF at 6am. However, I am considering a run tomorrow morning as that would be Wednesday and would put me back on track to 3 runs each week. Hrm… guess you (and I) will find out tomorrow.
