Amy got to bed late so she wasn’t getting up until 6am. I got up at 5:15am, but just didn’t have the motivation to do a workout. Instead, I went to work early to get a headstart on some projects that will keep me very busy for this month.
Food:
- Breakfast (7:45am) - maple brown sugar oatmeal w/ cream of wheat (5pt).
- Snack (10:00am) - sour cream donut (8pt).
- Lunch (12:15am) - large asian salad w/ chicken & teriyaki dressing (9pt), 1 valencia orange (1pt).
- Snack (3:00pm) - 1 valencia orange (1pt).
- Snack (4:45pm) - 1 cup buttered popcorn (1pt).
- Dinner (7:45pm) - Chicken mole (8pt), roasted eggplant & zucchini (1pt), tostitos w/ salsa (5pt), 24oz skim milk (6pt), Skinny Cow Mint Dipper (1pt)
Exercise:
- None.
State of Mind:
- Okay. I finished the work on Phase 1 of our church hymnal. Now I just need to get the copies made and move on to Phase 2. I’m not happy with having missed two days of workouts, but that was mostly due to very cold temperatures and having to put in extra hours to get a website rebuild done for work.
Tomorrow:
- I WILL run tomorrow morning. I have set out my things and plan on running in my neighborhood for a 5K. By the time I get through, Amy should be up and getting ready and we’ll carpool together. I don’t plan on doing extra hours tomorrow on the website rebuild as the Sabbath starts at about 5:20pm.
