We overslept this morning so no workout. Since I am now on the new Weight-Watchers Momentum program, you’ll see everything listed under Food and Exercise with points values from now on.
Food:
- Breakfast (8:00am) - maple brown sugar oatmeal w/ cream of wheat (5pt).
- Snack (10:30am) - 15 roasted almonds (2pt).
- Lunch (11:30am) - whole-wheat turkey sandwich w/ fat-free cheese & light mayo (8pt), 1 cup roasted sweet potatoes (2pt), small pear (1pt).
- Snack (3:45pm) - 1 medium orange (1pt).
- Snack (6:15pm) - 8 Triskets w/ one slice fat-free cheese (3pt).
- Dinner (8:00pm) - two turkey tacos w/ reduced fat cheese (5pt each), salad w/ salad spray dressing (1pt), 1/2 cup brown rice (2pt), baked Tostitos w/ homemade guacamole (5pt), Skinny Cow Mint Dipper (1pt), unsweet tea.
Exercise:
- None.
State of Mind:
- Feel good. I feel like I ate what I should have (except maybe too much at dinner). However, I felt a little more in control even when my stomach growled a few times today.
Tomorrow:
- Plan to exercise, but not sure what.
