• Food:

    • Breakfast (5:30am) - cheerios w/ skim milk, whole wheat toast w/ peanut butter.
    • Snack (10:15am) - peanut butter granola bar (2pack).
    • Lunch (11:30am) - whole-wheat turkey sandwich w/ light mayo & fat-free cheese, 1/2 cup carrot salad, handful of pretzels.
    • Snack (1:45pm) - small Fuji apple, 15 roasted almonds.
    • Snack (3:45pm) - small turkey sandwich (Potbelly), handful of pretzels.
    • Snack (6:45pm) - small Fuji apple.
    • Dinner (7:45pm) - Mongolian grill w/ hot & sour soup, unsweet tea.
    • Snack (8:45pm) - Skinny Cow Mint Dipper (1pt)

    Exercise:

    • 6:45am - Corporate Fitness Center - 50 incline situps; 50 leg lifts; 2 sets of the following: chest press 10 reps @ 80#, 10 lat pulldowns @ 80#, 10 tricep extensions @ 52#, 10 butterfly curlss @ 20#, 10 bicep curls @ 40#, 5 pushups; 5 mid-rows @ 90#; 20 minutes on elliptical (alternating levels 6 & 8); stretches.

    State of Mind:

    • Disappointed.  The following post will explain, but tonight was weigh-in.  So you can pretty much guess.
    • Hopeful.  At the same time, WW is starting a new program and Amy and I plan on jumping into it tomorrow morning and see what happens.

    Tomorrow:

    • Not sure about the exercise.  Supposed to be freezing with gusty winds.  So a run is pretty much out of the question (and the Fitness Center at work doesn’t have a working treadmill for me to run on).  I’ll probably stick with the elliptical and abdominals.
