Exercise:
- 6:45am - 3.8 mile (6.2K) run in 45:35.39 for 694 calories burned and a max BPM of 151. This was a slower run due mostly to the colder temperature. It was right at freezing with (thankfully) no wind. If it gets any colder (or the same temperature with a steady wind), I’ll have to exercise inside. I only hope that doesn’t happen too often as I get ready for the New Year’s eve run.
State of Mind:
- Worn out. It was a tough week at work. It was also a difficult week of exercise and I’m still feeling the effects of the 20 situps in my abdomen. Overall, though, I’m happy with my exercise this week and hope to get in more exercise on my non-running days.
Tomorrow:
- I have the sermon tomorrow, so I’ll be working on that this evening and in the morning. We plan on seeing some of Amy’s family tomorrow evening and then getting out on Sunday for a few activities.
