    Food:

    • Breakfast (8:15am) - maple brown sugar oatmeal w/ cream of wheat.
    • Snack (10:30am) - banana, handful of caramel corn (the cheap kind that you get in a holiday tin from a vendor which includes cheese and butter flavors divided by cheaper cardboard).
    • Lunch (12:30pm) - leftover hot & sour soup, toasted whole-wheat english muffin, 1/2 cup celery sticks, handful of pretzels
    • Snack (2:30pm) - D’anjou pear, 1 small brownie (I know.. but they were just sitting there all alone).
    • Dinner (6:30pm) - leftover Tandoori chicken, garlic mashed potatoes, handful of whole wheat crackers w/ turkey pepperoni, brownie, D’anjou pear.

    Exercise:

    • 7:00am - 30 minutes on the elliptical (15min at level 7 and 15min at level 9), 20 incline situps.  Not a big workout… but we left the house later than planned.  I forgot my belt today when I brought my work clothes… but the pants are just the right fit that I can do without it (and I have a sweater vest that hides the fact that I’m not wearing a belt).

    State of Mind:

    •  Feeling good.  I’ve been getting back in touch with some friends from the past through Facebook.  I also got more work done on the hymnal.  It’s almost finished and ready to print.

    Tomorrow:

    •  My third run of the week despite the freezing temperatures.  It will be my coldest run.  I also have a sermon to work on for Saturday.  So a busy day.
