Daily Journey Entry

Food:
- Breakfast (7:30am) - Farmer’s scramble from Corner Bakery, wheat toast (plain), 8oz 2% milk.
- Lunch (11:30am) - whole-wheat turkey sandwich w/ fat-free cheese & light mayo, handful of butter-flavor pretzels, 1/2 cup carrots, 1 cherry yogurt, 1 banana.
- Snack (1:15pm) - 1/2 cup carrots, 7 roasted salted almonds.
- Snack (3:00pm) - banana.
- Dinner (7:00pm) - Tandoori chicken, garlic/rosemary mashed potatoes (made w/ skim milk), salad w/ salad spritzer and a sprinkling of reduced-fat cheese, handful of fritos w/ fat-free dip, banana, 1 strawberry yogurt.
Exercise:
- None today. I ended up surfing the net when I woke and lost track of time.
State of Mind:
- Tired. I prepared the dinner mentioned above (including some homemade cranberry sauce; I never knew how tart plain cranberries are). I’m gonna try to get a shower real soon and get to bed.
Tomorrow:
- I will be doing another 5K run tomorrow morning (I know, on a Friday even). Amy and I plan on going to Sweet Tomatoes for lunch (using my 15% coupon for signing up on their email list). Looking forward to a great ending to the week before the Sabbath.
