Breakfast (5:30am) - 1/2 cup yellow grits w/ beef sausage patty (from Saturday) & fat-free cheese & 1 pat butter.
Post Run (7:45am) - whey protein shake.
Lunch (11:00am) - curry ramen noodles, 1/2 celery sticks, 1 string cheese, handful of pretzels, 1 D’anjou pear.
Snack (1:00pm) - 100cal animal crackers (2pt).
Snack (2:30pm) - D’anjou pear.
