Snack (10:00am) - Kashi Honey Almond Flax bar (2pt).

Snack (11:45am) - Kashi Dark Chocolate & Cherry bar (2pt), 15 roasted almonds, handful of pretzels.

Snack (11:30am) - 15 roasted almonds
Lunch (12:45pm) - whole-wheat turkey sandwich w/ fat-free cheese & brown mustard, 1 cup celery sticks, 1 low-fat string cheese, handful of low-fat pretzels, 1 blueberry yogurt.
