Weight-Watchers: Week 38

Well, it was about time I got back to program and this week’s weigh-in showed it.  I had lost 1.6 pounds (amazing how easy it is to gain) this past week.  I still push myself to make better choices.   It is so easy to make bad choices because the right ones aren’t cheap or common.  [...]
